As I sit here, I have a huge smile on my face, well in my mind actually. Monday dad woke me up with 2 kittens in hand. He said he had been at a gas station and was paying for a car wash, he noticed a police man looking around his car. Dad asked if he lost anything, and he said that he keeps hearing animal noises in his car. They popped the hood and there were 2 kittens. Dad asked what he was going to do with them and the cop said, "they're yours - you found them." Dad called mom while the car was being washed and asked if she wanted 2 cats. She said yes. It has been about a year and a half since my Cali died. She was my sweetie, my best friend, my confidant for 20 years (since I was 5 years old). It was too quiet in the house and I am so glad we finally have liveliness around here again. They are way too cute! Here are some pictures I've taken so far...I haven't mentioned on here yet, but I LOVE my new camera! Jeremy and my dad pitched in and I picked it out. Though, I still have a lot to learn about it.

I love having them around :) It's very relaxing. I still need a job though...cats aren't much help with that :)
